At Sean Woolsey Studio, we specialize in creating handcrafted furniture that showcases natural materials and highlights their inherent beauty. Rather than using the "throw-away" approach to mass production, our sculptures are intentionally made to last generations.
Our work is fundamentally influenced by the order, simplicity, and beauty of nature.
Woolsey was influenced by his father, a photographer and stained glass artist, growing up. Having a hands-on attitude from an early age, he was frequently seen creating skate ramps with pals. Later, he would disassemble furniture to see how it was made and what he would do better. After he put his head down for several years, that turned into the business.
